  • We delete your documents and readable extracted information after use. We retain audit metadata and digital fingerprints for seven years. Source references point back to your copy of the document.

  • When a value falls below the configured confidence threshold, it is routed for subject matter expert review alongside the source.

    The reviewer can validate or correct the value before delivery, while the source, confidence, and review history remain part of the evidence record.

  • Processing and review history, including identifiers, source references, confidence scores, routing, reviewer actions, timestamps, and digital fingerprints. It does not keep copies of your documents.

  • Examples include the following, but coverage is not limited to this list.

    Handwritten adjuster notes, IME reports, requests for authorization, clinical records, and bill review packets. Faxed at 200 dpi, out of order, or half duplicated, it still reads them and keeps the evidence record.

  • Validated corrections train a model used only for your operation. A retrained model ships only if it performs better than the one in use, and your documents are still not retained.

  • Results are delivered by API, Amazon S3, Azure Service Bus, or SFTP. Your team keeps working in the systems it already uses.
